Stretch the arm and don't leave it bent. Just some advice. It can tighten up a bit if you are uncomfortable with having your blood drawn.

I too went to the gym after having blood drawn.
That's weird, because I can go straight to the gym and lift weights without any discomfort afterward.
Really the **** people post on these sites!

Would a blood draw interrupt your gym schedule? It has no affect on my daily schedule other than having to take the time to have the blood drawn.

Just curious. Everybody is different, pacman24 over there says he is sore after a draw. I'm not, and even if I was, I've worked through pain during a workout session that I'm sure would exceed a little pin hole on my arm.

My brother for example can just straight up watch the blood being drawn without an issue. If I watch, my arm involuntarily tenses up and it adds discomfort even though I feel fine mentally and I'm not worried about it, it's subconscious. Everybody reacts different. The more tension during the drawing process, the more likely for you to be sore afterward IMO. Just got to relax as much as possible.

If I watch, my arm tenses up involuntarily and it adds discomfort. Having a needle stuck in your arm and seeing blood removed isn't a natural act.

I just remember watching and my arm started to hurt really bad. Then I turned away, and it stopped hurting. So weird! So I don't bother watching it anymore. Apparently my brain doesn't like to see my own blood leaving my body.

"Nobody makes me bleed my own blood." :rofl

If you're a professional boxer that got poked by a needle and you walking around talking about yo arm hurt, then you need a new profession bro..

Word on the street says that Floyd hired the best scientist to come up with TMT TNT.. It's his own line of undetectable PEDs.. That's how he'll stay rich after boxing.. Floyd is a genius...

    Haha.

It's ridiculous that a thread which offers no evidence that Mayweather hasn't been tested has had so much response.

Pacquiao fans need to get a grip and stop believing all this Floyd Mayweather controls the world conspiracy rubbish.

Why don't you all contact team Pacquiao and tell them Mayweather isn't being tested. No better contact the media. I'm sure there are plenty journalists that would like to investigate this story.

Oh wait that's right their is no story!!!
