They're asking because they can and it can only help them. Even if he tested positive it will be their weakest defense.

Do you see any post of mines saying I have a law degree? Are people unable to speak on subjects unless they have a degree in that field?

    (b) Service.

    (1) By Whom; Tendering Fees; Serving a Copy of Certain Subpoenas. Any person who is at least 18 years old and not a party may serve a subpoena. Serving a subpoena requires delivering a copy to the named person and, if the subpoena requires that person's attendance, tendering the fees for 1 day's attendance and the mileage allowed by law. Fees and mileage need not be tendered when the subpoena issues on behalf of the United States or any of its officers or agencies. If the subpoena commands the production of documents, electronically stored information, or tangible things or the inspection of premises before trial, then before it is served, a notice must be served on each party.

Do I need to copy one from each state, seeing as how they all say close to the same thing?

So, you know that this is the case then because USADA says so? Maybe they didn't check? Maybe they issued this before Floyd got is copy? Some internet poster looking up stuff with Google knows more than the lawyers involved? OK. Makes sense to me.

So it's safe to assume that USADA is on Floyd's payroll? If USADA in an impartial entity they wouldn't need permission for release of a should be public, drug result. Arum said before he doesn't want USADA, I guess the reason was this... They might even change Pac's result to a positive one to favor their boss who wants to clean the sport but doesn't want to show the full result or "real result" of the USADA test by Mayweather commission.

    look, everyone cheats.

Manny don't want his blood tests to come up positive when new tests come out.

Floyd doesn't want people to know he got AIDS from Ellerbe. Quite simple really.

 so now we're getting into 'is this the case just because such and such said so'? You have no argument, so you throw out a possibility that USADA didn't check, even though they clearly state counsel for USADA has been informed by Mr. Mayweather's counsel that he did not receive notice of the subpoena? :rofl Rich! Did I say I knew more than the lawyers? I said either they're stupid, or they're taking you all for a ride, claiming I believe it to be the latter.

You go from saying it's the best PR stunt by Arum in a long time, to questioning if I have a law degree because I point out the obvious flaw in the whole thing (as they're not following proper procedure), to questioning if USADA even talked to Floyd after they clearly stated they did? You win dude, you have bested anything I can offer. :thumbsup

What they're asking for isn't public. Read what's posted on the 1st and/or 2nd page by Bladegunner and you'll see why they can't release it.

Nothing else you said even warrants a response.. USADA is going to make Pac dirty and Floyd clean because Floyd is their boss.:lol::lol::rofl:rofl:rofl

Good question, but one would assume when USADA said counsel for them have been informed by counsel for Mayweather they would have insured they checked everything.. Seeing as they're quoting rules, it's a safe assumption right?

I was still working my way down to your post. :good
