    Currently NO boxer is tested when they are NOT in camp.

    Donaire is about to start that.....

    Im happy for Floyd to do that too, however I would like to see a few more influencial boxers begin with random blood and urine testing too so we can push this forward.

    Also I think he wants out of jail because it isnt a nice place and he has the lawyers who can try and achieve that for him. If I was inside and I could afford to pay lawyers good money to argue the letter of the law to get me out I think I would do it.
