Wasn't USADA the one that covered up Carl Lewis's positive P.E.D. tests before the 88 Olympics? Allegedly they covered up several Mayweather positive tests. **** USADA. They can be bought off whenever big revenue is at stake. VADA gives no **** regardless of money at stake. They seem to always report the adverse findings and for a fraction of the price of USADA.
