LOL... You realize that USADA is a type of business that requires credibility to operate...

You realize they have lost their credibility and both USADA and Mayweather seem to be in doo doo up to their knees. :deal

It will all get brushed under the carpet

So so few reporters will follow it because they will lose their credentials to anything Haymon related

No rule was broken? The rule is you get clearance prior to taking the IV. They broke this rule and the agency that is suppose to uphold this rule did not enforces it. USADA failing to enforce the rule does not mean the rule was not broken. Floyd broke the rule. That is why major news outlet are slamming them and the USADA. So yes it does matter. The rule was not followed. It is pointless to have rules if it can be broken.

Actually USDA statement specifically says that mayweather filed the Tue exemption in due time but they did not send it through the system until after the fight

It amazes me how naive boxing fans are.

FACT: The majority of athletes are on PEDs/Illegal substances.

"he took the additional step of applying for a TUE after the IV infusion was administered........ "

Not so fast speedy. You're supposed to apply before hand. Only way of getting a TUE after is if you got hit by a car and your doctor applied an IV w/o your awareness, because... it's a ****ing medical condition. Sitting in your house with your private nurse complaining of dehydration is not a medical condition. Thus at the time he was getting his IV, he broke a major rule in the book.

And what's really defining is that you could give two ****s that USADA retroactively issued the TUE. In other words they allowed him to flush/dilute his system.

Do you like to make **** up? You claim he submitted the TUE prior to the IV injection. Proven wrong. Now you are claiming it falls under the rule guideline. Wrong again. What they did does not fall under the rule. the TUE rule clearly states an athlete has to get approval prior to taking the IV.

Can someone explain how can you mask a doping with 500ml of saline solution? You can mask it maybe with a full blood transfusion where you exchange a big part of your blood with fresh one. But that was not the case. He still violated, the rules. And he is probably doping like most of top athletes. But this injection doesn't prove anything in my humble opinion.

Agh... one blood transfusions are MOST DEFINITELY BANNED.

Any IV use is banned under WADA Code. Onto your question how does an IV help mask? Let's pose it to the fat lady yea?

    http://www.usada.org/is-it-prohibit...g-iv-infusions-for-re-hydration-and-recovery/

    I think that settles that.
