no, floyd and usada need to explain why his T/E ratio was low which is a red flag for a doper in previous three fights

floyd needs to submit a medical reason signed by a doctor as to why he needed IV

usada needs to explain how they caught eric morales cheating a but did not notify authorities until after the fight bc they elongated the publishing of B sample tests for doping verification

explanations are missing so they look guilty, you guys are missing the point

the hauser report also goes into how USADA is paid/incentived which presents a conflict of interest

I haven't read anything that they (NSAC) ever did. The comments from the NSAC director basically said USADA violated their rules, and he was very disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which this occurred. He further clarified that only the NSAC could grant the TUE.

yeah we dont know how far the fark ups go..

perhaps USADA submitted documentation 3 weeks and nsac was like well he passed the urine test, so whatever, no big deal

but now this has all come to light, both organizations need to tread carefully at this point...

NSAC already did some cya by saying USADA has withheld information for them, they are setting up the ground work for when the investigatin conitues
