Can I use this towing cable to hang a heavy bag ?? Cable package says it can handle 7000KG and is of 12mm thickness I believe

The hanging process should look this way, if you have a better idea I’d be glad to hear it

Hanging hooks cemented in roof’s concrete
Red Arrow is where I want the bag to be hanged

Personally, I like using harden steel chains. Hold them up, and strike them with a metal object: if you have the right kind of chain it will ring like a bell. Roy Flynn was working out on the heavy bag many years ago, and Shifty Dando walked over, and told him: "you're not doing it right!" He proceeded to hammer away on that heavy bag, and made it dance. It was bouncing up, and down, and he said: "you gotta make those chains sing!" Roy taught me, and I can still make those chains sing like I did 40 years ago. When you are able to do that, everybody in the Gym will stop what they are doing, and start watching you bounce that bag around in astonishment. You will have the entire Gym's undivided attention!
