Using Pre Workout Supps Before Boxing?

    i recently just finished a tub of 1.M.R. i found that my workouts were much more intense, and i kept that intensity from beggining to end. I ran out a few days ago and the 2 days i went i felt okay somewhat energetic but most of it was me forcing myself to work hard. The problem was nearing the end of the workout my intensity dropped even when id force myself to keep it up it just doesn't feel as good and as satisfying after a workout.


    what do you guys think? should i buy another supp or should i settle with coffee? i feel as if i get more done but at the same time i don't want to build a reliance to supplements to have really good workouts.

    I'll tell you the same thing I tell my clients. The fact that you are asking the question is probably your answer.
