Anyone use the neck sling for strengthening the neck? If so, I am not sure how much weight do you use and how many reps and sets? Do you go heavy or go light with lots of reps? I felt comfortable with about 10kg doing a a few sets for 30 seconds each about but not sure if this is too light or too much?
The "neck sling," like device I've used was more of a machine. The weights were preset, but if you have a strong neck I would start with a 45 pounds.
