Don't try to look for any actual reason there. Their brain is wired differently. In their world, wanting to make sure that the fight actually happens on the target date = ducking.

All Fury has to do is show up. Simple. Fury can't dick around with the fight date from this point on - but then again, why would a fighter dick around anyway. Step into the ring on the target date, that's it.

But no, Usyk making sure the fight is happening on the target day = ducking. Hilarious, you couldn't even make this up.

To be fair, a court order is the only reason Fury didn't fight A.J. then and Usyk did instead.

Yes, hope Usyk dismantles and ruins this greedy ****er. Fury would be sat on a street corner with an empty bottle of liquor if he wasn't big and skilled.

Fury didn't even really try hard against Whyte and Chisora the last time. He was cordial to both - Chisora is one of his friends. Still, he totally dominated. (Whereas Usyk went 12 with Derek and managed to lose five of the 12 rounds on a couple official cards).

Most originally thought Fury-Usyk was going to be a boxing match, like Fury's last outing. Which is why I wasn't particularly excited about it.

But Tyson Fury seems to have worked himself into a pretty angry state, like he did for the Wilder rematch.

If Tyson Fury comes into the ring with that same bad attitude looking to turn this into an ugly, mean, brawl, like he did for the second Wilder fight, and use his size advantage (that Joshua never did) ... it could be over quick for Oleksandr.

I can see Fury throwing Usyk to the ground when Usyk tries to clinch. Pushing Usyk's head back with the palm of his glove when he's against the ropes and smashing him with the other. It could get really dirty.

If that's the case, Fury's going to manhandle him.

There's going to be a lot of fans complaining about all the illegal tactics afterward, but Usyk will likely suffer the beating of his life.

    It could get pretty wild.

We also get Joyce-Zhang two weeks before that. And Joshua's back two weeks before Joyce, too. (Maybe they'll even through Makhmudov-Ejagba on the Fury-Usyk card. That would be cool.)

So, should be a good month. ;)

I loathe this guy. I want Usyk to punch this guy so goddamn hard that he can't remember his own middle name. Also, bravo to Usyk, "Greedy Belly" is about as good as it gets.

Who knows Usyk though? I would have preferred 60-40 but Usyk is an unknown. I've asked people and some know Fury, no one knows Usyk.

At the end of the day, boxing is 100% business. Can't fault Fury at all. In a profession so dangerous where any day could literally be the end of your career, get all the money you can, because once your career is over, so is the money.
