And look at what 'the middleweight' did to him. Let's not forget, that same fabricated mandatory was ducked by the PED cheat, Fury. Who, others said was a god among men... let that sink in. Full credit to Usyk, he's never met you but managed to ruin your life. Full credit to Usyk, he's never had to fight Fury but still has 2 victories over him. Usyk is an ATG and Fury is the laughing stock of combat sports.
“Fabricated mandatory,” aren’t most of them, just to make millions for the self styled “organisations.” Speaking of which, Whyte was a beauty of a hapless mando for “the real fighting man.” Flattened by a past it Povetkin who was subsequently press ganged by Rematchroom into an unnecessary rematch with Whyte. Subsequently stopped, even though Pov’ should’ve been in bed to fully recover from covid. Result, magically, the PED user becomes Fury’s mando! So much for mandos!
That's fear messing with you. Usually fear makes b!tches act like you, but hey, you're a diffrent kinda dude. Once the fear leaves your system, you will have a moment of clarity. You will no longer enjoy Fury nutsucking or even like the taste of nuts. You will become, as we like to say, a grown up. Win, lose or draw, Usyk is a much better person than Fury, inside and outside the ring. None of your slanderous nonsense will sway real boxing fans opinion of Usyk.
Usyk is the best thing to happen to boxing in decades. A true road warrior who is a highly respectable human being and an ATG fighter. I will miss him when he is gone.
I guess you can see it that way. But the first fight was a feeling out fight. Can't expect a guys first fight in the heavies to be against st the top tier group. And wasn't there a mandatoryin there as well? Fought AJ twice and has been chasing Fury. Not the the best resume around at heavy, but I think it's on par with the other top guys.
Love watching Usyk fight. I don't think his body was ever really built to fight at heavyweight. He was never a huge puncher at cruiserweight, and his power certainly hasn't carried upwards. He was never a physical bruiser or very physically strong, and he's had some trouble with those types at heavyweight. But he's made it work through his skills and his fight IQ alone. He's definitely benefited from the weakness of this heavyweight era, but he's already proven himself against some quality cruiserweight fighters. He's definitely one of the best fighters in this generation of boxing.
H2H Prime Usyk is a tough day at the office for any HW or CW boxer that I know of. One of the few exciting technicians - he dances, but also turns up the heat and chains together beautiful combinations. He would never put you to sleep like Floyd, Ward or Johnny fkin Nelson. IQ and footwork are about as good as it gets. Unfortunately he's old and downhill and has 1 or maybe 2 fights left in him. If he wins undisputed and makes one defense against Hrgovic he'd be a top 5 ATG in my book.
