Ukrainian prospect Oleksandr Usyk wants to break Holyfield's record and win a belt in his 10th or 11th fight, which seems to be in early 2016.

How would he do against Drozd, Lebedev, Hernandez or Huck?

I personally see him beating any of them convincingly, if he continues to improve as he did in 2014.

Huck is hard for him IMO. I don't like Huck's style for him. After controlling the pace of every fight absolutely after round three (and sometimes before) a guy suddenly and aggressively taking control of pacing might put him in trouble. Plus, his style of flashing rather than dominating aggressively might lead to his losing rounds to Huck rushes.

I'd pick him over Lebedev and Hernandez, but not without reservations.

Drozd, Lebedev, Hernandez and Huck aren't that good.

He can beat any of those guys soon.

He beats them now, but they won't fight Usyk till he becomes manadatory challenger

Drozd and Lebedev are good. (but Usyk beats them anyway)

Hell, so are the others, in spite of their flaws - Hernandez is very talented and slick but damned with his mental lapses and fragility, while Huck is limited but doggedly effective.

The only one I would consider putting him in with now is Drozd. On a side note? What guarantee does Usyk even have that he will get a title fight in a years time? Unless he becomes a mandatory the other champs could just tell him to wait and go pound salt. Not sure how much monetary incentive K2 could offer any of them to fight Usyk?

You consider Drozd the weakest? :think

To me he is the most well-rounded along with Lebedev.

I think hes a bit overrated... I was hearing so much about him i checked out a few of his fights and was more than a bit underwhelmed. Time will tell though. Hopefully he continues to improve.

Im sure he will do good at cruiser but i dont see him being a dominant force at heavy.

    Just imo though

I think Drozd would give him the hardest fight, though Usyk is only 27 and other champs are a bit on the older side.
Usyk has a good chance of unifying a few titles if K2 plays it right.

Yeah: You are probably correct. I will have to give this issue more thought/research.
