Yes, I saw the video and the part that is raised is the belt not part of the shorts like I thought it was originally. Still looks like a low blow when video is shown from the opposite view.

 

It looks good from that view, and it looks low from the opposite view. What I pointed out though is that in the opposite view, you can't actually see the part of the glove that lands. The angle I highlighted shows the part of the glove that lands and impacts. So that's more relevant when determining if it's low or not, since it shows the part of the glove that lands and you see where it impacts the body.

 

So, from your opinion there is no way to call the ref corrupt. You are literally counting in milliseconds. Noway the ref could see that difference in real time. As you said, it looked like a low blow from the opposite view, which is the view the ref had.
