Belly is a good and funny insult. Usyk has done well there. It's also effective as Fury can't get rid of the AWOL obesity belly without surgery because of the skin. Usyk is playing with fire 'fat-shaming' in the Anglosphere, though. It is a class 2 thought crime right now but could be a genuine offence within a year or so. He might be denied entry to the UK for any press conferences etc. Obviously as Fury is a white man the system wouldn't care about the fat-shaming attack on him, but if Fury were to become non-binary, there might be traction on it.
You would think that it would be corny & lame but the way Usyk says it is hilarious. Just the right mix of insulting and funny. Tweeter is soulless & humorless though as they have marked at as sensitive, gotta treat everyone as brainless kids, and god forbid some clown gets offended. Usyk will get the proper disrespectful face to face treatment from Fury when the fight gets made so he better get in all the insults he can now, I like the subtle approach. I can't wait to see how Usyk responds to the mind games in person and if they have a face to face round table. Klitschko was proficient enough in English for them to have one, and I doubt Usyk gets one. Also, I hope he's training for this fight like never before because Fury is a different level to what he has ever seen before, but so is Usyk to Fury too. They better stop ****ing around and sign this in the next week or so.
I especially like it because I was curious how Usyk would solve the puzzle of him being a notoriously non-trash-talker and Fury being on the opposite end of the scale. And Usyk didn’t disappoint: he “trash talks” while he really isn’t. The way he delivers these things, with that accent and with that almost smile and cheeky look on his face, the whole thing feels like it’s just banter between mates. It’s really refreshing to see a fighter of that calibre not acting and talking like a 15 year old in a school yard.
It's the underlying sexual energy he puts out. I think it's about showing Usyk he has another option. He can make the same money boxing a wrestler, so you better offer him a good deal. Just the standard Fury negotiating tactics, though they're effective because he is willing to take his ball and go home. Literally backed into a corner, Usyk should check out that interviewer's footwork.

wlad learnt the hard way desperate to be accepted and speak good english and also never lose again was what caused him to lose to tyson fury. age also played a role, however trying to be something you're not can cause you to become stiff and robotic and take words too literally. I'm literally shaking. This can't be happening. Paris came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nuggets and I literally screamed at her and hit the plate of chicken nuggets out of her hand. She started yelling and swearing at me and I slammed the door on her. I’m so distressed right now I don’t know what to do.
