If that's the truth, Canelo should fight Usyk next for all the marbles. You'd love that won't you, you can hype it as Undisputed vs Undisputed 2! LMAO

    It’s Usyk. No argument necessary.

As an amateur. At 165lbs. 18 years ago. What are you trying to insinuate here?

Briedis is leaps and bounds better than Porter. If you can´t tell them by watching them box, then I have nothing else to say. That infamous Roger Mayweather quote does come to mind tho.

    1. I would argue that given the two weight-class jump, beating Charlo isn't anything special. Beating someone two whole weight-classes below is never going to be an impressive win. Dubois in the right weight-class (a lower-end top 10 guy) is worth about as much as a better p4p fighter two weight-classes down. If Usyk beat Beterbiev or Bivol at HW, for the same reason it would not be a great win.
    2. Although I agree that Fury is not at his peak, you definitely under-rate his level last weekend. He'd still have beaten almost every HW on the planet at that level. I'm sure that he fought at a higher level than Munguia or Charlo did. He may well fall off drastically in his next outing, but he was good.
    3. Now as to level right now, Usyk is actually considerably declined from is peak and might be faded enough that his level is not actually the highest level of any boxer. You can make the argument that Canelo looked better although I personally suspect not. But even if this is your criteria, Crawford or Inoue should probably be your p4p #1; Canelo too is a bit past prime and his performances against Ryder, Charlo or Munguia are not better than Crawford vs Spence or Inoue vs Nery/Fulton.
    4. p4p is traditionally judged on a mixture of accomplishments (recent accomplishments and climbing divisions weighted more) and level. Usyk's recent win over a much bigger Fury trumps anything anyone else has done recently, and his level is still right up there - so it's a no-brainer for most.

I'm trying to insinuate that it happened and it's funny to me seeing that Usyk is a HW and had a far better career in the pro ranks.

As much as I love Inoue and as dominant as he is, Usyk is definitely #1 now.

You really DKSAB if you think that Porter is a better fighter than Breidis! Briedis is woefully underrated on this board - even just there at 39 and 2 years inactivity he pushed Opetaia super hard in the championship rounds, and IMO gave PRIME Usyk his toughest test (yes tougher than Fury)

And on Crawford, come back to me with when he has ever been at a reach disadvantage, let alone the kind of reach gulf that Usyk had to deal with against Fury and Joshua.

Usyk has cemented his spot at the top now. I don't see much argument for anyone else. His skills are absolutely elite as are Crawford and Inoue's, but Usyk has just done more and done it against very good giants.

Fury and Joshua are better and more dangerous than anyone on Inoue's and Crawfords resume, and he beat and hurt both of them with skills and dedication. Best since Manny and Mayweather for sure, and I don't see anyone topping him for FOTD.
