Fury landed some full power haymakers to Usyks body and it did nothing to him, did not slow him down one bit, his chin is also atg. Stop with this nonsense that his body is susceptible.

As his career has clearly shown, whilst Usyk "doesn't like it to the body" (tell me anyone who does!), the narrative that he was soft to the body was just totally overblown and without real substance.

Fury really did great to turn back the clock, and he tagged Usyk with some of the best bodyshots he's probably thrown in his career, and aside from being hurt and looking a bit shaky in round 6 (similar to Joshau 2 Round 9), Usyk sucked them up and kept about his business.

His beard is top-tier TITANIUM too, but we knew that already.

I believe whilst Usyk made adjustments in round 7, Fury must have been mentally disheartened to have seen that Usyk was still that annoying gnat in front of him after digging brilliantly to the body and head, and starting to feel the pace himself.

Fury is not a big puncher especially from mid fight onwards.

No but my uncle did (R.I.P.). Now are you going to answer my question dumb a$$ or continue to ask questions that has nothing to do with this forum.

I don't follow Cruiser/Heavyweights beyond big match ups. So I don't know much about Usyk beyond his last few fights. Thus the reason why I asked the question.

You clearly can't have this conversation with me. Take your emotional a$$ somewhere else. I asked a simple question. I didn't "insinuate" anything. It was a f**king question that wasn't rhetorical. I'm not a Fury fan, nor an Usyk fan.... Heavyweight haven't gain much of my attention the last decade or so.

Finally someone who can actually answer a simple question. Thank you for that. I don't pay much attention to much boxing below 126 lbs and even less above 175 lbs. Unless it's too well known names matched up, like Fury/Wilder, I honest paid little to no attention to it. I know Usyk is a tough opponent based on the respect other fighters have for him and what he is marketed, but I can't say I've actually seen a single of his bouts from start to finish, including yesterday's bout vs Fury.

A lot of y'all on this site sound like emotional chicks. Why does a simple question trigger your emotions so easily.......

Somehow my simple question sparked some random dispute you have with a certain fighter's fans. I can careless about all that. I'm not a Fury fan. I'm not an Usyk fan. Don't know much about either other than specific match ups. I asked a simple question because of a specific comment that was made. I don't know much about Fury, but I do know that he had been in the ring with Wilder for 3 fights and hit the canvas multiple times. I was just wondering who Usyk faced that carried crazy punching power.

P.S. don't bring Ngannou in a discussion regarding boxing. He had as much experience as a boxer before Fury as McGregor had before fighting Floyd.

No worries at first I thought you was being a hater to be honest but atleast you admit you don't watch alot of Heavyweights hence you didn't know the ins and outs of Usyk's opponents.

He definitely has a weakness to the body and Fury did badly hurt him a couple of times despite being a light hitter

If Aj really learned to attack the body, he would get usyk out of there

Yea, I have no problem stepping back and asking about things I'm ignorant of. The last decade or so, heavyweight fights haven't really warranted my attention much outside of a few bouts. Even at the amateur tournaments that I frequent. The American heavyweight doesn't exist currently with most of the big guys taking up one of the other major sports that's dumping millions one them in NILs in college and guaranteed rookie contracts for the NBA, NFL, etc... Wilder was the last one with a heavy push, but I wasn't much of a fan of him given his lack of vocabulary in his skill. Now they are trying to push Jared Anderson, but he doesn't carry much buzz at this point.

It be nice if we can get another wave of Tysons, Holyfields, Holmes, Ali's again, but probably not.

Muhahhahaha. Fury is a solid puncher, any one who is 240+ lbs is a solid puncher. And didn't you say that one of the Fury best assets was Fury body shots before the fight ?
You are making 180 again, don't you?

    :D:dogpile::jump:
At which round was Usyk badly hurt? I need to rewatch that:roflmao:
What badly hurt is what Kabayel did to Sanchez. Get a grip. AJ has always have top notch body shots. Usyk 2 fight is a great example, where he throws plenty of hook and uppercut to Usyk body.

Didn't i told you that your boy can't throw combination like AJ, what happen ? Yeah exactly that. Fury was throwing 1-2, cause he ain't combination puncher, something AJ is. Hell AJ is the best combination puncher in the game. Though he changed his style a lot.
