More convinced Fury will win this. Can anyone genuinely see Usyk hurting or stopping Fury? Just can't see it.

I can't see Usyk seriously hurting Fury. Maybe buzzing him a bit. I can see Usyk winning by getting inside, doing work quickly, and getting back out. Using lateral movement etc. It'll be a close fight I think.

To me that's the only way he can win where Fury has more keys to victory.

I agree with you. I'm pulling for Usyk though.

Of course Usyk can hurt him. Did you not see Fury-Cunningham or Fury-Ngannou?

When you analyse perceived upsets after the fact, one of the usual suspect features not properly accounted for when making pre fight predictions is one combatant’s ability to hurt the other - a miscalculation that can make a big difference.

It seems many believe that Usyk can’t hurt Fury - and, if that is the fact, it would make it that much a tougher fight for Olek.

However, I think Usyk can and will hurt Fury, especially in terms of accumulative effect.

I also have a gut feeling that Usyk will pointedly look to punch harder than usual as and when reasonable opportunities arise.

Ngannou can punch, but that fact per reputation might’ve masked a deterioration in Fury’s own resilience.

The left that put Fury down was decent but not perfect - so did it necessarily warrant Fury falling like he did?

A better trained Fury perhaps takes the shots with greater impunity (than he did against Ngannou) but it’s difficult to say one way or the other.

They simply don’t fight often enough these days for pundits like ourselves to get a reasonable handle on what their true, substantive qualities are at this very time, especially at a relatively late stage in their careers also.

Are you serious? Cunningham put him down and is no where near the level of Usyk.
