The weights are always a mystery because people like Fury potentially lose weight in camp up to the last week. Usyk was looking chubby at one stage, so he probably shed some also.
Also Fury lies about his weight all the time.

As for Fury disgracing the 'majestic isles', compared to who? The first thing is the isles were trashed long ago and the days of majestic England are finished. And though Fury is obviously trashy and has disrespected Usyk lately, the idea he's worse than the HW idols AJ/Chisora/Whyte etc. is entirely laughable. He's a married man with a large family (all from the same woman), no criminal record, and is one of the only ones who've spoken out against the degeneracy in Britain, and was attacked for it by the establishment.

Meanwhile AJ was drug dealer who knocked up strippers, Whyte was impregnating females at 13 and Chisora is an obvious thug with battery charges also.

It's quite telling who gets a pass and who doesn't. And a similar thing happens with Fury's trainer. If people listened closely during the first fight, every second sentence Hill was calling Usyk a b-tch and mf-r. He's all class though, because he's Emmanuel's nephew from Kronk Detroit!

This i can somewhat agree with. Fury, for all his flaws, does not have a personal life nearly as bad as the other UK fighters.

I can see it my friend, and as a random side note I’ll add that I loved Sharif in The 13th Warrior and I feel that the movie was vastly underrated and quite fun.

Fury looks quite light actually. Could be under 270 based off neck and belly flab.

He was over 290 yesterday lol
The fact he keeps a straight face while talking such nonsense is crazy

The reporter doesn't have the context of such a weight. Even for a fat bum like Fury, 21 Stone is no condition to turn up for a heavyweight fight

Rocky balboa had more discipline fighting spider Rico in church halls drinking and smoking, than a supposed athlete Turing up at that weight for the biggest prize In sports

Fury is talking nonsense and likely really about 19 stone, maybe a little more. He's not 21

I've been over 270 before as a former lifter
Although I felt fit for my size, it was awful being so heavy

Least Fury has the height to carry it, but I still think he should be in the 250-260 range
If he was more disciplined between fights, he could keep his weight below 270 prior to camp and still be as strong as weighing over 270

Fury - Will disgust most (slightly arouse some) people in the arena when that robe comes off. His trunks will be pulled up to his nipples, but still somehow have fat that dunlap'd over the top of his trunks. He will be pale, hairy, jiggly, and soft. He'll dance around the ring like dreidel made of lard.

Usyk - will look the exact same as the first fight and be sharp as a knife.

I think Fury will pull it off this time, perhaps by dodgy decision, but if Usyk wins it puts ALL of the heavyweight chatter about this era to sleep.

I agree. Ironically a beard on a pudgy face can often have a “slimming” effect, concealing the chubbier cheeks somewhat, etc.

But in Fury’s case it can conceivably have the opposite effect because he has a naturally big jaw line in the first place - and the bushy beard is just an extension of that jaw line.

Not saying the beard was necessarily grown to create that illusion - just as easily it has been part of Fury’s mental prep - he may shave it just before the fight - I understand that he will at least be required to trim it - you’re only allowed so much whisker cushion. :D
