Usyk has been getting dropped in sparring

So you have the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo or Mike Tyson or Hollywood celebrities walking around there, but Fury is such a phenom that even Usyk's own security detail want a selfie with him so they let him fool around Usyk's room. Cool story, bro.

 

Even if it was true, the way they run some of these spars, with fighters coming in fresh against the A fighter who is tiring, it doesn't mean much.

Imagine a spar where AJ had to fight a fresh good fighter every few rounds or so, he'd be getting KO'd by everyone after the 6th round. And as for Lewis, probably after the third. Actually with Lewis, it's any round.

 

It's quite mad that many of us are excited about the first undisputed bout in a quarter of a century.

 

I can't remember anyone denying that Usyk "slapped Klitschko around in sparring". To the contrary, it was music to the ears of many Fury advocates.

 

It's gonna be a hugely disappointing fight so don't be getting your hopes up too much

No reason why there couldn't be 3-4 threads and express that same excitement, just saying what I thought at the time.
