Yeah it's fine don't get me wrong I like Usyk he's one of my favourite fighters now especially since I don't like the modern Heavyweight giants. Usyk is a throwback to me to the old school Heavyweights relying on his skills to win rather than being a giant holding all the physical advantages.

The only way you can argue this is if you don't regard pound for pound and just rate of heavyweights having the obvious head to head advantage

Or you hold it against Pacquiao that he had strong steroid suspicion.

    Otherwise no

This is what I hate about people who call Floyd a cherry picker. Usyk’s beats a 36 year old and it’s a great win. People would be criticizing Floyd so hard if he fought someone over 30. Also floyd and pac dominated way more than one division. The only way guys like Usyk and Loma compare is if you include their amateur career but that’d be in a head to head scenario.

Hard to compare to the little fellas , they have more depth to go at.. because they have more divisions.. but if you asked me my top 5 Fighter's of the past 20 years Usyk would be in it. Never really thought about it tho...

He’s not my favourite of this or any other generation but this is correct.

as an alternative question, imagine if top trumps brought out an atg boxing set, who beats him?

no one is above him accomplishments wise, if he retires now.

he is the top trump, simple.

there’s better boxers, better resumes, fighters who have been involved in more classic fights and definitely fighters who have had a big impact on society or transcended the sport in terms of being an idol.

But accomplishments and titles are above everything else and he beats everyone.

    goodnight

Yeah, I like seeing a more normal sized guy being able to defeat these giants. But if you go back to the 70s/80s and prior, Usyk would have been considered a pretty decent sized heavyweight.

Resume wise/fighters beaten, Mayweather and Pacquiao are ahead of him (that's out of Usyk's control), but skill-wise, I rate him above both. He's the more impressive fighter to me.
