True, although not as amateurs imo. Joshua has kept improving in the pro ranks which is why I agree with that.
How did Hopkins win a belt at 48? Because he is one of the more skilled and experienced fighters in the world. So far Usyk has had the luxury of facing lesser opponents with Glowacki being the exception. Usyk is still a novice, give him some time. What has he shown in the ring that suggest he is so far ahead of B-Hop?
Eye test + amateur results. But it's still a big call of course, and a tough one. It's probably too early to say, really. B-Hop is also a tough fighter to judge, amazing longevity and fighting at a very high level for a long time, but I don't think his p4p peak was as high as his rivals like RJJ.
Nobody is beating Joshua until they start testing him or letting his opponents juice up just as much.
Come on now. Usyk is phenomenally talented. He's schooled a who's who of amateurs, and is set to do the same as a pro.
Yet to state that he is levels above B-Hop is just ridiculous. He is still inexperienced as a pro. Give him some time. We have hardly seen the best of him.
