And noone says he's as good as Ali. For me, Usyk is bigger version of Chris Byrd with heavier hands, which is good enough to be a champion in a post-Klitschko era.
:good I said he does certain things better than Ali, which is true of a boatload of fighters. Ali did lots of things "wrong", technically speaking. That's different from suggesting he is anywhere near the h2h force or level of greatness of Ali (or even capable of getting near that no matter what he goes on to do)
IB, sorry...but that's just bad wording to prop up an 8-0 guy. What some think is bad to certain fighters with rare talent, those talents have a very different answer. There is no true technical way to fight. Once you've learned the basics of stance and delivery, you create your own style. Once a fight becomes a fight, winning is all that matters. But it is your opinion. Just using Ali's name is damn near blastphemy.
:conf Ali did some things wrong, flat out. He was a great, no doubt, and greater than Usyk can ever become, and undoubtedly #2 or #3 at lowest h2h at heavyweight all-time - but he wasn't infallible. He was capable of making and did consistently make numerous mistakes - same as every athlete, ever, no matter how good they are. That isn't blasphemy, that's reality. Ali wasn't some magical unicorn. He was just a guy.
Here IB I'll get the heat off of you...... Guess what guys Wladimir Klitschko would knock Prime Muhammad Ali out cold.:deal
