I was saying he was the best Polish prospect and better than Masternak before Mateusz lost to Drozd and everyone was super high on him. So yes i thought he had the talent and style but hadn't faced a top 15 guy so i wasn't sold on him beating Huck although i was saying it would definitely be a competitive one and we'd get to see how good he really was. That performance impressed me too he's skilled and tough as nails.

If WBA forces Lebedev-Shumenov I will gladly settle for Chakhkiev-Ramirez :yep

Speaking of Shumenov, I am 100% certain that Usyk would beat him, that'd be a good opponent for him too

Huh. Weird. Fair enough then. I take your word that you did (whereas newbies or people I respect less would need to link up their old posts :yep) - just surprising because he was a huge blind spot for a lot of us, myself included. Prior to Huck, footage I'd seen of him just wasn't inspiring. Seemed average.

Ever lived? No. You said you've seen "too many" that look just as good as him at this point in his development. "Too many" is different from "a handful, ever". You make it sound like guys as impressive as he is versus the level of competition so far are dime a dozen and not worth getting optimistic about.

Usyk won't last five rounds with Kudryashov.

I wasn't referring to the last few years in boxing, rather boxing in general.

Boxing at the London Olympics where Usyk won gold was a stickied thread on here.
I don't remember you posting in it.

I'm thinking more wide UD or late TKO for Usyk.

(actually Vys did and I hijacked it by merging his with my Olympics preview thread )
