I think he's properly rated.
Olympic gold, undisputed at cruiser, moved up to heavyweight where people claimed he was too small, and is now unified champ having beaten AJ twice. The man is a generational talent, regardless of where he goes from here, and where mythical head-to-head matchups rank him.
