i can think of 2 better fighters to have competed at cw. not commenting on who accomplished what, just based on talent and total package and who i would favor over him.

He actually fought bellend in britain with a british judge and referee. He also fought hunter in usa with an american ref and get this: THREE, i repeat THREE us judges
Beating Chisora isn't enough to propel him to p4p best. Beating a very good real HW isn't enough he needs a top 10 win against a Parker. Whyte, Wilder and we can talk. What a win over Chisora will tell us is he deserves to be fighting at HW which I'm not convinced of fully yet.
