For me, it shows character and it´s just a cool bit of info.
But I too do not see how it plays into his resume. Especially when the WBSS kept it as neutral as possible.

Fun fact! DeMarcus Corley has fought in: USA, Russia, Canada, Nigeria, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Sweden, Denmark, Turkey, Ukraine, U.K., Argentina, Kazakhstan and fooken China!

Chris Ora is Rita Ora's uncle. Their last name is Mayan for 'gold.'

I really like Usyk, but nobody is the top p4p fighter for beating Chisora in 2020. If he beats a top 3 guy and picks up a title at HW then yes.

    Holyfield and.... Spinks? Roy? Qawi?

I'd make Holy and Qawi favourite, undecided about Spinks, and I'd pick Usyk to KO Jones.

yes. i think spinks is underated as a hw because of his destruction at the hands of tyson. ugly to watch as far as smooth technique, but very effective. only loss was to an atg hw at his peak after having ruled the division below.

    P4p is made up nonsense.

If he beats Chisora that would make him a legit contender. Solid top 10. How he beats Chisora might give us an idea of how far he's likely to go at HW.

I'm expecting Usyk to be beat down and crushed by these huge overweight behemoths in the next couple of years.

Big fan of Usyk and he is top 5 p4p imo but beating Chisora does nothing for it.

Chisora is a mid level euro fighter and his only chance is landing a huge bomb on Usyk. Same with most of the heavies they are all pretty average apart from Fury and maybe Joshua at a push.

My only concern about Usyk at heavy are his injuries. Has he lost a step? As soon as he does then he could be in trouble.

P4p is a load of bull.

As for the argument that he's the greatest cruiserweight, greater than Holyfield, I don't know.
They fought in different CW divisions. Holyfield fought in the old 190 division. Usyk fought in 200 pound.

He has to beat someone like Chisora to confirm his current standing, nothing more, nothing less.

How would beating Chisora move him up the P4P ranks? Chisora has 9 losses. Usyk could knock Chisora out cold and he'll still be behind Canelo and Bud too.
