Lack of power at the weight means that he is boring to watch. The big bang theory. Fans wants knock outs. I didn't order this fight because i knew it would be a borefest. Would fans fork out money to see a slick heavyweight?Yeah and NO. Usyk is not the same as the big bangers of the past that can flick that switch off with one shot. The anticipation and excitement that comes with it. The purist love Usyk. But from entertainment point of view. NOT FOR ME!!

 

I think part of the attraction is seeing how a man of his size, with respectable cruiserweight power, goes about competing in today's heavyweight. While the Joshua fight was no slugfest, it was a tense match of gameplans, and of power vs. agility and reflexes. It was absorbing rather than thrilling, but none the worse for that.

 

He puts enough pop in his punches that these bigger guys cover up and are hesitant to throw from fear of getting countered.
