While I won't enter into the Usyk-Fury aspect of this conversation you are absolutely right. Usyk does not look peak at 220. That being said, Fury does not exactly exude great fitness with the excess poundage ho often brings into the ring.
I wasn't listing him as #1, I was just listing off guys who I would rank above Loma in 2018. Rungivsai was definitely way higher pfp in 2018 than fans wanted to credit him for, though. Just like Ioka was right after his effortless KO of Tanaka.
Almost everybody can admit GAR was not a Choc/Estrada tier fighter. I don't think you'd disagree on the difference of the quality in resume. Therefore we can say that a reasonable person would agree that Loma's best win would be Wangek's 3rd best win. Wangek's 3 best wins up to 2018: Chocolatito Estrada Sota Lomachenko's 3 best wins up to 2018: Russel Pedraza Linares All together: Chocolatito (Wangek) Estrada (Wangek) GAR (Lomachenko) Sota/Pedraza (Both) Linares (Lomachenko) Not to mention that Choc had done all of this in/right before 2018. Loma's last win over an elite opponent up to 2018 was a 116-112 type decision over GAR in 2014, while Wangek had KOd Choc in 4 rounds that year.
