If they learned everything they need, they won't need another trainer.

Health, conditioning, cornerman, oversee training, access to facilities, motivation, study opposition, devise gameplans ect
There's plenty of reasons to need a trainer

Not a true statement. Jaron Ennis, and Devin Haney are two guys who use their legs quite well defensively. Ennis even lands check hooks while moving backwards.

They need the Ukranian trainers that train Loma and Usyk, Loma was a far better body puncher than American amateur boxers, so was already ahead of most pros when he made his pro debut.

Haney is nowhere near Loma`s level in any way other than power, he doesn`t move while slipping.

I'm not sure, the problem with these kind of vast generalizations is that each region's fighters have very varying styles, it's not like everyone fights the same.. remember the "EEs fight like robots" rhetoric? And then you get a guy like Pirog or Lomachenko who are the opposite of that.

Same with Americans, you have guys who use more head movements, other more footwork.. etc etc. I guess you can say those are the exceptions but I don't think you can really generalize regions like this anymore, most fighters at the top level have unique styles to them.

I disagree with that but we will never know being that Loma slipped out the back door labeled franchise.

Haney should never have been made champ, that was odd.

No fighter should be given a belt. Haney was Loma's mandatory and wanted to fight for the belt but Loma was given the franchise belt thus vacating the regular belt which was then given to Haney. Bad move all around. However, the problem can easily be solved if Loma fights Haney.

Name a single heavyweight who hasn“t been hit in the face.
****ing Dominic Breazeale, whom Joshua dominated and Wilder ran over, managed to land decent punches on both guys.

I thought the topic was Usyk's comment about U.S. fighters. What Haney does at 20 is no less than what Loma did at 20 defensively. Loma fans feel so threatened by a young athletic American prodigy.

Loma at 20 was in another league to Haney defensively.

At 20 Loma was fighting with big amateur gloves, and head gear, against amateur opposition. Not a valid comparison.
