LMFAO! Well I guess that settles that. I thought all that "he's holding out for Russia" stuff sounded ridiculous. The man may be Brave but he'd have to knock Gassiev out twice to win in Russia.

It's outside of the US and therefore irrelevant.

    'Fake news'.

Be great in the UK,so many proper boxing fans in the UK,maybe I’m being naive but I don’t think they only in it for Joshua?
Also if Bellew said he’s gonna fight the winner at cruiser weight then doing it in the UK makes a lot of sense.
With Clenelo Averoids v Gennady Golovkin off for sure Usyk v Gassiev is the biggest fight of the year and you just know it’s gonna live up to expectations

We turn out for good fighters, regardless of politics....unlike some countries.

Despite fighting most his career in the US, GGG's highest payday of £5 million comes from the UK.
    (Excluding Canelo/Mexican money of course).

I honestly believe European fighters should look to the UK as their new 'home of boxing'.

It's where the consistent money is.

Yes quite right that’s the spirit, anyway arent they both Russians anyway, all that Eastern European crap I think they should send president Trump as an envoy if anything just to explain to Usyk that in the eyes of America and the UK he’s a Russian as those big fury hats and those funny guitars balalaikas(silly name).
Lol in all seriousness I’m surprised Usyk feels Gassiev would get preferential treatment in this,I mean it could happen as it’s just human nature to side with our country but I’m not sure it’s be like that.

Did you see Gassiev's performance against Lebedev? What does Usyk have o be afraid of exactly? Usyk can do what Lebedev did to Gassiev, on cruise control with one eye shut. Give it a rest.

    Absolutely.

Especially if they could somehow manage to get the all British SMW final on the same card and bring in a few Sauerland, K2, and other major promoters prospects/gatekeepers/journeyman to make so step up or showcase fights on the undercard.
Groves is a fairly strong draw and Smith's local herds will flood and arena and really fatten the overall purses

Vitali is putting Kiev on the welcome list.

He'd like to have it staged there.

Probably could make a pretty large success as well selling the European tv rights to RT and Boxnation.

And while Usyk is the Ukrainian fighter, Vitali sees Gassiev as a great asset in the future and with his anti corruption sweep thru the government, I'm sure the athletic commissions wouldn't want to get him in thier bad side

That’s a great fight,Lebdev somehow too Gassiev early power and I believe that fight was a draw.
So if Lebdev could do it then think what Usyk can do?

And I can fairly well, just as equally assure you that arguably the most famous man in the history of the Ukraine would not be rooting for a Russian to defeat an OUTSPOKEN, NATIONALIST Ukranian, in Kiev.
