Usyk to become Joshua WBO mandatory

The only current fighter I'd back to beat AJ is Usyk.

 

Shouldn’t a fighter have to fight at least ONCE at a weight before being vaulted into a mandatory contender position?

Give a shot (voluntary defense) to a champion from a lower weight division, fine, but MANDATORY? Please.

 

Yeah, there could be four special hws who set themselves apart from everyone else. That's how great eras are made. If one of them comes out on top, maybe after having to rematch someone he loses to, that would be something really special

 

If this ever comes off I will be super excited. Usyk is next level skill wise, and UDs AJ 9 times out of 10.

 

You'd have a point if everyone and their mother hasn't seen Usyk take Heavyweight power already.

 

I'm waiting for Eddie Hearn to insist Usyk has to fight Whyte first.

 

Would definitely watch that fight.
