He made his debut on November 9th you pinhead. You just can't get enough of being insulted, can you? We have a very talented fighter in our hands, can't you just enjoy that? Why do you have to be so bitter just because of his nationality?

Yeah, I'm letting you guys know a title fight has been announced.

My 'so what' was directed towards your ****y little reply about Usyk not deserving the shot and Holyfield being so much better. I'm actually quite looking forward towards it, an exciting guy who just dethroned the cw King is fighting the heir apparent, it was just your salty little response I didn't like.

Holyfield fought the best cruiserweight champion and future Hall of Famer Dwight Qawi, won that crown ... and then he unified the cruiserweight titles (the first to do so).

Usyk is fighting a guy who was an underdog in his only title fight for one of the belts.

The year after the Olympics, Usyk also fought in at least six, paid, World Series of Boxing matches ... which are pro fights and count on the U.S. boxers' records. So I'm not sure why they don't count on Usyk's.

He's actually had at least 16 pro fights.

So, it's not quite the same thing. But that's "spin" for you.

Should be a good fight, regardless.

That said, Usyk won't be in Holyfield's league until he unifies the cruiserweight titles, becomes the undisputed cruiserweight champ and then wins the undisputed heavyweight title.

In other words, he's got a LONG way to go.

Probably Glowacki by KO, but whoever wins is just keeping the belt warm for real CW prodigy Isaac Chamberlain

I never said he didn't deserve it.
Let's see if he tries to fight every belt holder like he stable mate.

I hope so, the CW belts are all spread apart

Honestly I think Usyk would be favored over any of the CW champs. His toughest fight would probably be Lebedev, but he's getting older.

True, and I don't think Holyfield was quite 24 years old when he beat Qawi, whereas Usyk will be 29 if he wins a title later this year. I find the chronological records more impressive. Lomachenko may look impressive on paper picking up a title in his third pro fight but he was still 26. There are literally four guys just in the middleweight division who did the same thing by that age (Saunders, Lemieux, Eubank Jr., and Jacobs) and nobody is on their nuts in the same way. Roman Gonzalez is the same age as Usyk but he's been champ for seven years.

Well, for starters Usyk was a European AMs gold medalist, World's gold medalist, and an Olympic gold medalist, while Lomachenko won 2 Olympic gold medals, a Val Barker award, two worlds gold, and a European gold, amassing a 396-1 record and avenging his lone defeat twice

So you are either ignorant of the amateur ranks or just downright biased to ask that question. Usyk and Lomachenko were some of the most exciting pro prospects to come out in a long time (alongside Rigondeaux) and the hype imo is well deserved. Lomachenko in particular is probably the greatest amateur boxer ever, and yet you want to compare him to Saunders and Eubank Jr

Jesus, guy's fighting a world champion in 2 years as a pro and people are finding problems, just be happy he's not pulling a Wilder.

Yeah; weird responses for sure. I think ppl are probably feeling threatened, Usyk mentioned himself with an old ATG and ppl don't like it

Meanwhile he's just tossing a little nugget in there, saying if he wins he'd be champ within 10 fights which is a record. Then you have knuckleheads wondering why Lemieux and Eubank Jr aren't as hyped as Lomachenko lmao

Beautiful:clap: Can't ****ing wait, hopefully since Oleksandr is with K2 a deal can be made to have this on HBO, this would also be worthy of the Pacquiao-Bradley PPV, but for my sake I'd prefer regular HBO. Southpaw Vs. Southpaw could be interesting, but I think Usyk is just too much for Glowacki and who's to say the Huck match didn't take a lot of him, after all he took a more severe beating than Huck in reality things were going south for Glowacki after the KD in a big way. Usyk by UD.

It was expected for a while. Great fight. This could be a pretty decent co-main event for the Pac-Bradley event.
