Usyk will probably fight Kabayel next, assuming Kabayel defeats Knyba.

Curious...why do believe this is the path?

The way I see it, Wardley was a slightly easier opponent for a lot more money, because he's popular with the British fans and they can do a Wembley fight. If not Wardley, why Kabayel?

With Joshua and Fury both headed towards a clash next year (or at leash both sides will be preoccupied with the idea of the fight), this is the most logical fight for Usyk. The WBC convention is next week. I think the fight will be ordered now that Usyk doesn't have any lingering mandatories.

Usyk has never been one to take the easiest opponents.

Something must have gone wrong in the negotiations for Wardley, and as WBC interim champion Kabayel is next in line for Usyk. Probably it will take place in Germany or Saudi Arabia.

The only fight is Kabayel now, maybe Wardley, and then possibly Itauma to finish it off. I have got zero interest in Usyk vs Sanchez or Anderson, a complete waste of time. Itauma would blast through the pair of them on the same night, never mind Usyk.

Nothing went wrong . Usyk obviously just pulled out . I guess we can now expect secret negotiations are ongoing to make wbc delay calling usyk to face kabayel ? When facing kabayel is imminent i expect usyk to drop also the wbc belt , but only then . Or maybe some sudden invisible injury again ?

I think he feels to old to face the true hungry lions and fears to loose but simultany he wants to stay active for a bit longer so his management plays this games and tries to find sweet words .

And even more importantly, there's zero prestige in beating a low level gatekeeper or a kid who got annihilated by a mid-tier gatekeeper and whose best win is a low level gatekeeper.

kabayel could beat him usyk is getting old and he doesn't like it to the body which is something kabayel is a A+ guy at.

As you as a big usyk fan , how do you support this ? Sitting on wbo belt and asking for a fishy injury delay to avoid parker . Dropping out of a sudden wbo belt to avoid wardley . Keeping wbc silent to avoid kabayel . Calling itauma too young to avoid him .

Now willing to fight a no sense , no purse , no legacy fight against sanchez to show what ?

Usyk never ducks , he fights anybody anytime and anywhere ? Really ?

Settle down, John. Your son lost twice, and nothing is going to change that.

Comical Fabio's clown of a manager is trying to insinuate that Usyk saw something in Fabio and is afraid of him. The only reason Fabio can call himself a world champion is because Usyk decided to make his wildest dreams come true for him and opted not to administer a one-sided beating and painful stoppage loss on him

When Usyk ''saw something'' is he alluding to watching Fabio arguably lose to Big Fraze in their 1st fight?

Get completely outclassed and battered by glass jaw Huni for the vast majority of the fight before Huni got careless and managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by walking into a big right hand?

Need a Brit stoppage to get past J-Park who was ahead on points and had the notoriously corrupt Brit ref Howard Foster not dived in to wave it of in favour of the Brit again would've been a sitting duck soon after because his gas tanks would've been completely empty had Foster not done so and Foster obviously knew that too?

None of the aforementioned are even fit to tie Usyk's shoelaces and would've been schooled by Usyk or brutally KO'd by him in his sleep

I love Fabio but his manager is a clown
