There’s not too much to be made of it. Read the RBR on the general and most had it the same. One was too wide but the others are probably spot on. Could have had Bellew or Usyk up by one or completely even.

 

It’s all the time. He must have incredible conditioning. Just gets better and better as fights go on.

 

To be fair, after round 8 if the KO didn't happen the cards would of been.

Still, to have Bellew 3 up after 7 is a bit of a stretch!

 

We're on the verge of an abysmal UK decision, in a huge fight. My fear is that it will come in an AJ/Fury matchup. AJ is always miles ahead on the cards, when the fight is much closer. Bellew was even last night at best. With huge fights being staged in the UK more regularly, this is a worry.

 

I'm more suspicious of judges who have it close but give a clear round the opposite way.

 

I had it 5-2 Usyk but the 3rd round could have gone either way. I already said I may have had a bit of bias on there because I backed Usyk but for me Usyk was clearly up. Will watch it again in about a week when the dust settles.

Had Bellew survived it would have been a one sided beat down with Usyk winning every round from 5 onwards with potentially more KD’s. By the end of the 7th it was clear it was over as a contest.

 

No way did Bellew win 4 rounds. Seen as though you are a big fan we will let you off. haha

 

I gave bellew 2 rounds (first and second) .. 1st could of been even as neither did anything of note

3rd was close as bellew has a couple of moments near the end but i thought for the round as the whole usyk had the better of him

The rest was clear usyk to me

And the fight was only ever going one way
Bellew did well and that right hand counter was a beaut at times but he wasn’t active enough for me ... Think he struggled with the weight after his past couple of fights we HW
Plus the pressure usyk applies it was always going to be a huge ask for bellew
Plus the fact usyk is a lot more talented doesn’t help

 

Usyk 2 rounds up after 7 for me - all Bellew was doing was surviving
