Usyk v Bellew to be announced tomorrow

Usyk has balls of steel.

 

Very difficult fight for both fighters. 50:50 chance for either one, slightly leaning to Bellew though.

 

That would be hilarious bc theyre ALMOST as bad as Wilder ones.

I will be rooting for Usyk however bc I want to believe he can make a good HW and further enforce what is already a stacked division.

Joshua will need an actual ELITE fighter to get us a great fight,and that is what would be set up. If Usyk cannot defeat Bellew soundly however what chance would he actually have with Joshua? not a good one.

 

Bellew is far lighter on his feet and is a good mover. Obviously Bellew is an easier fight on paper but when Usyk eventually takes on Joshua he is going to be considerably lighter and will be so much more elusive than he will against Bellew. He will make Joshua look completely robotic in that fight.

Also, if Usyk gets chinned by Bellew which is highly unlikely IMO it doesn’t mean he can’t beat Joshua.

Usyk getting chinned by Bellew will show exactly he has no chance at Joshua who despite popular belief is NOT easy to hit which is why hes the LEAST hit HW and Usyk is going to get hit...that's a fact.

 

Total respect to Bellew if he takes this fight. There's other much easier fights he could take with decent money.

I think Usyk's chin is better than Bellew's power. But Bellews smack talk is stronger than both.

 

So you've managed to make this about Joshua. You don't need all six degrees of separation, do you?

 

It will be quite an entertaining press conference because Bellew ALWAYS tries to make it personal with his opponent. Did it with Clev, Flores, Stevenson and Haye. I think he does it for motivational reasons but Usyk is ice cold it will be really interesting to see how they interact. I hope Usyk has been working on his English out of the ring with the Joshua fight in the pipeline because I enjoy hearing his interviews in English.

 

Fair play to Bellew in pushing for this fight but I think he's out of his comfort zone here. Funny that Hearn chose Manchester for a Liverpudlian to take a loss in his final fight...
