£170 for the lower tier on the side of the pitch. Extortionate.

Stadium fights are not for me and not just because of the pricing the views are not great, better off at home watching on TV with all your home comforts instead of probably having to view the big screens at Wembley whilst being fleeced as well for overpriced food or drinks!

The bigger arenas are much the same now.

Even at the Excel, unless you're ringside, you're viewing the action from the screen, and then you can be stuck with a long queue for the toilets. I recall being there for one fight, and you had to almost leave the arena as they had issues and portacabins were installed for the toilets, with nearly an hour wait. I think that was for a Saunders fight, as it was full of travellers; it may even have been the Eubank fight.

Small hall venues have seemingly totally vanished from the mainstream in recent years, but they're arguably the best venues and atmospheres, especially for boxing.

Yeah I'm not a fan of stadium fights either but wouldn't have minded seeing Usyk in the flesh. Oh well.

I went to the Royal Albert Hall DDD v Tetteh, the capacity is about 5,500 iirc the venue was excellent view wise and gettting drinks, food and using the general toilets were not too bad at all.

The cubicles as at every event sporting I have been to for the last 15 years or so always occupied, lads inside obviously using drugs inside those waiting too long openly snorting which will shock no one I guess.

One of the first boxing events I attended was the 1990 ABA finals at the Royal Albert Hall. There were some good finalists that year, Johnny Armour and Paul Lloyd, but the standouts were Adrian Dodson, then Carew, and Repton's Tim Taylor, who had the most support. I think he became one of the oldest-ever ABA champions that night.

I agree. There is not a bad seat in the house at that venue, which is historically arguably the best venue anywhere in the UK.

It was for the Eubank fight mate with Fury Chisora 2 being after it at about midnight. People were just pissing wherever. Rank.

Struggles to sell out this. Dubois isn’t ya household name, and as great as Usyk is, he isn’t British.

Dont think it’s fill Spurs never mind Wembley

It will sell out no problem.

Usyk an ATG in his final fight on UK soil and DDD will be the real people's champion should he somehow win.
