Why does everyone keep calling someone his excellency

 

That cut would never "heal" if it was on old scar tissue. By a miracle it was not on old scar tissue very close though.

Either way he'll start sparring as late as possible and take lots of precautions.

 

OK if his slaves call him "excellency" but non Saudi's should not be using the term...except for Brit who are used to being subjects.

 

Every time I hear him mentioned it's his excellency. Sure even heard Frank warren refer to him as this.

 

It's a bit of a thriller in itself what's going to happen between now and fight time. Good that a new date came this quickly and that it isn't that far off, but I just don't think Fury fancies this.

First that he had to be dragged kicking and screaming to sign in the first place of course, then the reports that his sparring wasn't going well and finally the talk about postponing until the end of the year for a cut, when they must have factored in that there was little chance that Usyk would sit around for that long.

Usyk is unwise to trust "Belly" Fury, who has delayed the fight three times now (early 2023, December 23, 2023, and now Feb 17, 2024) and has no real intention of ever fighting him.

He should instead have a fight with his IBF mandatory Hrgovic as soon as possible, then fight the winner of Zhang-Parker.

I think the cut doesn't exist, Fury faked the cut to gain more time to prepare for the fight.

 

I don't buy this. Frank was talking just 3 months off healing, and Talksports were talking as September as the earliest possible date.
So what happen with Fury had to heal for 3 months? Aka all was fake as*, and he just needed more time to prepare properly ....
