Nope not at all. I simply asked the question if PBC were the only promotional company matchroom had problems with. For anyone to try and claim the Fury fight wasn't made when Tyson Fury said it was is as desperate as could possibly be. As for sorting mandatory defence. This is the same defence this board was claiming Joshua would swerve or it was taking so long to announce as matchroom were trying to screw Usyuk. The reality is usuyk got the deal he wanted which involves a rematch where he can earn more money than the 1st fight. The point and facts still stand which show AJ has never had problems with getting fights made other than 1 which was Wilder which tells me he doesn't demand anything outlandish and his opponents get there fair share.
The relevance to the Fury tweet in 2021 is what? Either you accept Fury at his word or you pick and choose when you believe Tyson Fury? Which is it?
Yes i got that, but that cant be an open tactic for the fighter to go into a fight with. Yes trainer could tell him to go start fast and put it on his opponent, and could plan to pull fighter if it's not working. But i cant see them having that agreed with a fighter pre fight, as im imaging any fighter would tell them were to go.
Of course mate but his only chance of winning doing the Hughie 'The Skirt' Fury against Usyk is for three Terry O'Connor cards. Not impossible but there would be a serious backlash should that happen in such a high profile bout. Same tactics - same margin of loss or worse. Run away for 12 rounds - wider margin of loss on cards or worse. Davis Avanesyan tactics for four rounds - could land a bomb and win. Just cannot see how Joshua can win against Usyk once 4 rounds have passed.
The point and facts? AJ v Wilder never happened. AJ v Fury never happened. AJ V Whyte 2 didn't happen (and they're both with Matchroom).
Yeah but... Molina, Breazeale, Martin, shot old Pulev, shot old povetkin, Joey Parker, Andy Ruiz etc. All of those guys must add up to more than a Tyson Fury and a Deontay Wilder, thats how it works right?
None of the names on that list bar Povetkin have done more than Wilder in terms of decent wins. Still, Wilder is certainly more formidable than Povetkin was despite being a one trick pony. He could beat Fury at the weekend.
