kovie was based in America most of his career. Why is it he could get a fair shake for ALL his career in America EXCEPT for JUST one fight, the ward fight? conincientally, vs his best opponent?

was he really not getting fair shake...or is it that one time they guy was too good? wat are the odds of your argument not working for all but one? c'mon!

He brea the title holders that were there an0d he contenders that were there from the early to the mid 80s.

But that was Tyson peak, dude peaked at 20/21 years old. IF he wasn't such a head case and drama queen his story wouldn't had been so blown up.

He's known far more for outside the ring failures than inside the ring accomplishments. He was KFTO in one sided beat down to a journeyman nobody who had a successful career only because he got to fight Tyson who was literally made of glass.

I get it, tons of fans my age still love him. That's because we grew up with him watching ever fight and then wishing this that and the other.

In all seriousness, with the talent he once possessed he was a true failure in the ring. I don't care how great some blinded fans remember him as, he was NOT a great like he's portrayed, that's such a clownish move.

Dude had NO HEART and NO real FIGHT in him. He was nothing but a bully who talkedt like an animal through his teens too mid 20s.

Comparing him to true ATG fighters is such a slap in the face to so many past greats

I always find it amusing to hear someone call Tyson a bully when he was way smaller than anyone on his resume, and at the start just beyond being a kid.

I dunno. call it as you will, but take a look at what you are writing. Noone becomes undisputed HW champion and goes on a blinder title defence run without having heart and no real fight.

calling the undisputed HW champion of the world a man with no fight is an oxymoronic in the extreme. easy thing for a keyboard warrior to write, don't be one of them

I did, and I scored the first for kov by a hairs breadth, or a draw. I thought the win for ward was unfair though, but not impossible to argue.

the 2nd was absolutely cut and dried though. kovie was just broken, he was giving up.

LOL from his record, it doesn't look like Kov even likes fighting in Russia.
