He’s had a lot of help from refs in recent fights as Dillian Whyte. Them point deductions were nothing short of disgusting. The second point deduction made Chisora open up and that’s when he got caught...it was no coincidence the deduction came around 20 seconds before the KO. He got helped loads in that Parker fight, a headbutt making it a 10-8 round and excessive holding, refusing to break even though we always hear that div say “and when I say break, break clean”. Then we once again had the ref taking the momentum away from Rivas in the 12th when he was trying to pile it on Whyte. Why any fighter would risk coming to this country I will never know.
Wasn't the ref almost keeping Dillian upright when he was bent over exhausted at the end of the Parker fight? What's that about? Fighter is technically down and ref helps him up? This content is protected
I remember thinking what the heck? Nothing said by any of the pundits at the time or questioned afterwards.
Lucky, lucky man. Aydamn thinks this bloke is the no.1 heavyweight in the world I forgot how bad he was in that round. Parker would likely win a rematch. He struggled with Whyte's man handling tactics but he'll have learned from that.
So this is where the crybabies gather and support each other when Whyte beats the odds... yet again If Whyte is so bad then no amount of biased refereeing should stop people like Rivas and Parker from beating him They had 12 rounds to do it... why do they need another fight or a 13th round to beat Whyte? Sounds like hater talk to me Whyte lives in all your heads rent free
Simple as really, he has had 7 amateur fights Parker and Rivas have had how many? 1 million amateur fights between them? They had 12 rounds to beat an inexperienced epileptic slow plodding pudding and failed But lets blame referee!!!!
I dare say I would. Chisora beat Whyte and won both fights. Chisora is actually a four time heavyweight champion under the tutelage of David Haye here in August 2023.
Where is joe parker. Not heard much of him for a bit...remember something about a snake bite postponing a fight against someone...maybe chisora. Apart from that hes been pretty quiet of late.
Nevermind just checked his boxrec...had a couple of fights since whyte. Glad to see. Reckon we,ll be seeing him again in the future. Good fighter parker...still a good age...and was brought on perfectly in terms of his development fights. Just needed to be more aggresive at times...not sure if you can teach that into someone like parker tho. Hoping he learns from the great experience hes had tho and comes back stronger from it.
Since his spider bite, the fates have spoken. He has mutated into Half-Spider, Half New Zealand man... his basically the same guy except now his natural disposition is angry instead of nice. Should be interesting when he returns
