Easy to pick holes in Wilder’s lack of conventional boxing skills and to some degree the opponents but in his fights with Fury he demonstrated his warrior spirit and for me that says a lot about him.I don’t think he is an easy fight for anyone.
So you’re just arbitrarily deciding this guy and that guy weren’t in the top 10 without any actual top 10? When he was WBC champion, he fought people ranked by the WBC. Malik Scott was also ranked when he fought him in an eliminator. I really don’t care how many ranked guys you think he’s fought, I was responding to someone saying he wouldn’t take a title fight with Usyk because he won’t fight good fighters and pointed out that he fought Tyson Fury three times. If he was scared to fight someone better than him, he would never have signed on to fight Fury a third time.
Whatever you think of his resume has nothing to do with whether he’d fight Usyk. What aren’t you getting? If he was willing to get back in the ring with a man who had knocked him out and dominated him, he’s willing to get in the ring with Usyk. That’s all this is about, not who he fought in his 14th fight.
Has Wilder ever shown throughout his 40 odd fights that he'd fight the best? Tyson was a cherry pick. He won't fight Usyk. We all know this.
