I have seen Usyk against anyone close to Ali quality. I'd say Usyk has a chance, and they are both very skillful fighters, but I think Ali would catch Usyk and KO him at some point.
Usyk would definitely win against 70's Ali, he has better boxing skills. 60's Ali was quick on his feet, but let us not forget he was floored and saved by the bell against Henry Cooper. Usyk would land far more punches than Cooper, and likely finish Ali.
The definition of a prime Ali as the perfect Heavyweight of all Time is 1967 Not in 1963 against Cooper. Usyk at the age of 22 years would be destroyed by Liston. Usyk of today would also lose to Sonny Liston.
Ali from 70 ies was level below prime shape Huck, this at first. Rude and crude raw knucklehead with iron chin and under Don : Ali in 70 ies. Sorry, this version does not have business with modern CW boxers in the ring. Rude, racistic knuckelhead, sanbagged by King, with opponents dragged to Manila and Zaire, dear God. Most overrated creation in modern pro boxing was Ali from 70 ies. By boxing skills he was not even better than Gassiev I think. Rope and dope, ate bombs , get fights where he was happy to get them, maul, hold and clinch, dirtybox and nothing wrong, he isn't Ward or Wlad, God save use here, he isn't even Clen. Damn, hero had born.
