In all seriousness, Usyk. Because judges love his style. He will dart in and out throwing his flashy slapping combinations on Gassiev’s high guard, and throw out that weak inaccurate jab, landing nothing whatsoever, and the judges will give him every round. Gassiev will have to knock him down three times or stop him to win. And since Usyk is always very well conditioned, so far he has always been able to go the distance and receive his gift decisions. The betting money should always be on him.
Uysk. Personally i dont think they are as evenly matched as alot of people are making out Uysk, in my opinion, should be able to control the fight, land some power on the Russian, make him a bit more hesitant and really limit Gassievs oppertunities and rack up the rounds. Im not saying easy peasy he will have to work hard for it but if he does and stays focused it should all be under his control. Although id be a bit more nervous about my bet now that Russia are hosting it. But then i am very cynical.
Just bet on both guys, that way you can't lose! No, wait ....... --------------------------------- Anyway, USYK. @Ukansodoff has lost his mind if he thinks Usyk has received any gift decision, but he makes a good point about what style judges like, and how they typically have no clue when a punch misses or is blocked. Also, Usyk adapts to each opponents' strengths and weaknesses. He won't be going toe-to-toe with Gassiev. He'll be moving laterally, constantly, and he has the athleticism & ring smarts to not get caught. I'd say 75 - 25, Usyk wins by UD. ---------------------------------------- Having said that, please reference @minemax's intelligent post, above.
You think Usyk (A Ukrainian) will win a gift decision in Russia (Against a Russian)? What drugs are you smoking?
If you don't care to post names in the subject correctly, I think you shouldn't be betting on anyone.
