I would say Ike due to his excellent ring IQ.

This forum has an old school bias a lot of the time. It seems like people pick anyone from the past can beat Usyk or any modern stars.

And at the same time I've read countless posts about how the old timers are just too small to compete with todays so called super heavyweights. Usyk is roughly the same size as Ali was, maybe a bit heavier. AJ struggles to go 12, what happens to these guys if they have to go 15? Every interview I've seen of boxers who have gone 15 say it's a different world. Not sure if Ike would have beaten Usyk, but it would have been far more competitive.

Usyk would do very well against alot of Heavyweights, because of his skill and Southpaw stance.

But Ibeabuchi would be a very dangerous opponent. Great workrate, dynamite in both hands, and wouldn't be cautious like AJ.

Byrd is just as elusive as Usyk, but Byrd lays on the ropes more and his footwork isn't as good. So I think Ibeabuchi would have a bit more trouble landing on Usyk, but with Ibeabuchi's rock solid chin, power, workrate, hes a very live opponent in this match up.

Byrd took more risk and he was cocky and would make sluggers look foolish when he knew they were bad at defense he would begin to be more fancy and hit them with more combos

I dont see usyk surviving ike shots at all he isnt close to the toughest that chris was

so usyk would have to be real careful
Chris was the toughest small hw i ever seen which is rare

who was a mid carder we never seen a mid carder as flashy that small as chris was he was like a less flashy ver of jones

Ibeabuchi is insanely overrated by some people. Byrd was good, but not as elusive as Usyk.

Byrd fought the wrong fight against Ibeabuchi, he foolishly tried to go toe to toe with him, he should have been more defensive like he was against Vitali.

I agree. That's because he finished his career undefeated.
If he had boxed at the beginning of his career, he would have been defeated, because he would have had to fight better boxers than Tua, and Byrd.

Usyk conquered the Cruiserweight division and became the heavyweight champion, Ibeabuchi had two good wins and that's it, Usyk would beat Ibeabuchi...
