Tyson beats Usyk in the first 6 rounds. Usyk can't take Tyson's best shot because Tyson is the Single-punch KO Artist. You see what I'm saying Sauhund II?

Usyk is not very strong for a man his size and he depends on taking guys the distance to win mostly. He has yet to have a significant HW fight so we should hold off on the comparison for now.

What kind of a question is this ffs? I know ‘prime Tyson’ gets a bit annoying when people act like he was superman, but an Usyk fantasy fight? Really? Tyson batters him

Well.......there is a thread below that Usyk beats Frazier by some responses........and Usyk beats Wilder/Wilder/Aj and so on on multiple threads.despite never facing even a B level heavy yet......

But I disagree with you, it would not last until 6, it would be over way sooner, Usyk aint no defense genius and gets hit plenty plus is not a mover/survivor, if never was Bellew can light him up Tyson puts him out.......quick.

Sweet baby Jesus with a diaper of shining gold...

I am a huge Usyk fan, and even I ask: shouldn't he have a series of wins against some of the best heavies in the world before we throw him in there with the human wrecking ball that was Mike Tyson?

To beat Tyson you need to be able to prevent him from coming forward all the time as he's a wrecking ball when allowed to continually press. He's too adept at slipping the jab and cutting the distance and then makes you lead and counter with devastating combinations from either stance. So simply boxing off the back foot isn't going to work, you need to be able to clinch and maul him like Holyfield and Lewis did and stifle his attacks, even push him back where he's less effective if possible.

Usyk obviously doesn't do this, he isn't a physical fighter, doesn't tie guys up or maul them on the inside. So he's going to struggle to keep Tyson off him, his jab and foot work alone isn't going to stop Tyson getting to him. Tyson will probably break him down and stop him in the middle rounds.

Damn, Usyk has a chance at beating any heavyweight that’s ever lived on this forum. I have a high opinion of Usyk but Tyson ko’s him early

Usyk gets so much smoke blown up his arse on this forum. Was looking forward to Chisora bursting his bubble but not sure if that fight is even happening now.

Tyson destroys him in 4 rounds.

You've got to be a really big guy to beat prime Tyson. You've got to use your strength and bodyweight to push him around, use your jab to keep him at long range.

Usyk is naturally a heavyweight, certainly by '80s standards, but only a small one. Arguably a similar overall size to Holyfield when he beat Tyson but: (a) that certainly wasn't prime Mike; and (b) that Holyfield was formidably physically strong in a way that Usyk won't ever be without a similar late career 'diet and conditioning programme'.

    Only one winner here IMO.

The reality of Usyk is he is entering the tail end of his career

cruiser has no money for him

1 big fight at Heavyweight offers him 5+ paydays combined.

The last 24 months all he has been thinking about is an AJ payday, but that little fat burrito ruined all the plans...and Fury is about to ruin it again.

Unless Hearn is stupid enough to risk AJ against Usyk over Fury.

We need to see Usyk beat someone of note at HW before we have a discussion like this
