This thread is completely different to the "Wladimir vs Usyk" thread just above it.

Imma think I go with the Ukrainian, probably a decisive win.

    You heard it here first.

    :deal:

I agree, the Ukrainian is too slick.

I have to see more Usyk at heavyweight to say for sure. It'd be a tough fight though regardless stylistically because both rely on jabs, but Klitschko's is a better, longer one.

Usyk would certainly take some rounds which prime Wlad rarely gave away, but Wlad hits much harder.

WK T/KO mid -- late rounds. One thing you needed to beat WK while being multiple inches short of him in height and reach was big power. If WK had a noticeable size advantage on you and you couldn't bang...... Very unfortunate for his opponent to say the least. WK was an excellent athlete with great skills, coordination, and good fluidity.

If Usyk goes on to show he can beat guys like that, and an immense will to win, then it changes and WK gets his ads kicked again.

I think Usyk would be disastrous for Vitali FWIW. Id actually bet a large sum of money on it tbh, just looks like he is as wrong for Vitali as one could be.

Wlad beats Usyk by UD in a similar fight to Ibragimov or Haye but closer than both.

Usyk beats Vitali though. Slow, ponderous arm punches swinging through air as Usyk ducks and sidesteps, popping him with straight lefts and looping counter hooks.

Wlad's punch volume is just as high as Usyks. he's been known to throw 1000 punches per fight!! would love to see this fight. I can see Vlad holding a lot... clinching, hugging...

    Lol

Show me one fight where Wladimir Klitschko threw 1000 punches. I’ll wait.

    And I’m a Wlad fan.

Klitschko at his peak was too good at throwing his opponents' timing off and Usyk has to time his opponents in order to be effective. Klitschko by late stoppage.
