Uysk seems to encourage this but only with fighters he is pretty sure he can take their power Bellew is a good example of this Once he knew what Bellew was all about, he set to work Uysk would be an absolute mad man to use this strategy against Tua however and would more than likely keep him at length Jab and move, frustrating him until an ample opportunity arises Really intriguing match up tbh and not one I've ever even thought of
The ample opportunity doesn’t arrive, Usyk has to settle for a UD here and be on the look out for that left hook like his life depends on it
Byrd's modern style and technqies dominated Tua. Joe Goosen kept telling Tua to lean to your left, outside Byrd's right jab and punch - hooks to body and head. Tua couldn't do it. Basic old school stupidity. Tua's a basic slugger, he would have been successful in in earlier era's but by the early 90's his style was already a relic. Usyk puts a career ending beatdown on Tua.
Geez what's next? Usyk vs Frazier,,Usyk vs Ali? the guy has done nothing at heavyweight to warrant any matchups with a good fighter.
I’m don’t underrate Byrd, I was saying that because someone called Usyk puny when comparing him to Tua and I was saying that if Usyk is puny then Byrd is even more and he still beat Tua I was saying that Usyk is naturally bigger than Byrd
Anyone who bets on Tua has no clue how boxing works. This is a surefire Usyk win, about as surefire a result as any you're ever going to get. I'd honestly give Chisora a better chance than Tua, and I think Chisora gets merced.
Right - that does it I'm bringing Tua out of retirement to fight Usyk this Friday You guys have driven me over the edge.....
Tua couldn't land this 'one punch' when he was plodding around in the 90's - how is he going to land against Usyk? Its like comparing an advanced, highly programmed, modern methods astronaut and a 'hope to hit' taxi driver.
