Both have fought one top level opponent each. Usyk's opponent was a better boxer, but was only a cruiserweight. Thoughts?
No idea until Usyk steps up to HW. Much better in regards to talent, but in terms of physicality? We don't know....
I'm picking Usyk as you know; but objectively, we have to see whether Usyk can step up to HW successfully in the pros and whether Wilder is the real deal. He's a difficult HW to judge, huge upside with power and athleticism and speed, but lots to work on technically. And that chin ... has it improved?
Considering Spzilka was outboxing him, Nichols, Molina, and Sconiers nearly ko'd him, I'd say Wilder is hosed
I think so ,too! Well, we are speaking about the big boys where one punch can turn the tables but I dare to say that Usyk would win 9 out of 10 fights against Wilder, that protected American hype job.
