The best fights we have to compare are Wlad vs Ibragimov and Usyk vs Joshua.

I regard Joshua as being a fair bit closer in ability to Wlad than I do Ibragimov to Usyk. And let's not forget that Wlad was frequently a privileged A-side fighter whereas Usyk has consistently forgone such advantages and won anyway.

Usyk has advantages in speed, agility, engine, smaller target, stance, boxing IQ, chin, mental toughness, being undefeated. I'd give Wlad a better chance with the referee from the Povetkin fight (although Usyk is far more multidimensional than Povetkin) but if there was no deck stacking I'd definitely favour Usyk.
