actually Usyk and his team are greedy b***tards .. The reason the Joyce fight didn't happen is because they wanted to split the purse with him 93/7.... yes they wanted to give Joyce 7%

    Ofc not for Usyk.

    Why not.
Usyk already did had " nice " experience in fight vs Bellew.
I do not believe that he might had won on cards this one and he did knew this.
Usyk then had all 4 major belts and The Ring belt when Bellew took this risk vs Usyk.
Vs prime Briedis for just 1 WBC CW belt he didn't took this risk: risk not to end till cards.
Bellew btw really is very good boxer. ;)

So yeah, if he wish to get the same treatment as Crawford had get from the same WBO then he should be cocky and nasty vs WBO.
If A.J will decide drop WBO belt, this maybe even better for Usyk.

    Lol - funny

But the reason the Joyce fight didn't happen is because Usyk's team were clearly stalling until they knew for certain their shot at Joshua as mandatory wouldn't happen.

I guess they were right to stall

Some people really struggle in understanding that Eastern European sense of humour. Usyk & Krassyuk never actually proposed that fight to have 93/7 split.

Everyone who fights AJ wants more money because he is the cash cow.

I'd say no rematch clause, that way if you win, you can negotiate a higher split of a rematch.

You are living in some fantasy land dreaming of some other promoter coming along and taking the fight away from hearn.

Seriously. Be honest here, who do you actually think would achieve this?

I get you don't like hearn, but please stop getting excited over something that is never gonna happen.

7 is a lucky number for some people.

    Also, love Usyk's negotiation style.

Usyk will need to KO AJ or at least dominate the **** out of him to get the win.

Bent over backwards? Usyk fought the best of Cruiserweight, which is a strong division, in their own backyards. Why is it ok for Bud Crawford to cherry pick and get immediate shots at the 147 title?

There are Canelo fans, Bud fans, and boxing fans.

Hearn has said many times himself, a purse bid can go to anybody, once a fight goes to purse bids it's technically open season.

I'm not saying anybody would beat Hearn, Sky and DAZN, but they could make them put in a solid bid to make sure.

Triller are crazy enough to throw a bid in, Teo Lopez is getting paid an apparent 6 million... what would they bid for an AJ fight?

Anything is possible, I'm not saying they would win but they are well within their rights to bid.

So before you start telling me about living in fantasy land and me dreaming, read what I said and understand what a purse bid entails and who can bid.
